Shipping policy

UK Orders

• Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2 to 4 working days but please allow up to 7 working days from the date of your order
• If we can not guarantee dispatch within this period you will be emailed with any possible delays. 
• UK orders cost £7.95
• A signature will be required on receipt (Royal Mail or Parcel Force)
• All orders/parcels are sent in plain/discreet packaging with nothing advertising ourselves or the contents
• If you do not receive an order confirmation please check your junk folder or drop us an email 
• Once dispatched you will receive an email to confirm along with the tracking number
• If an order is attempted delivery and either unclaimed or returned to us any future postage costs will be at the customer's own expense

There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.
